Quilters’ Exercises
Jan Anderson of By The River Studio, who is a diverse textile artist, attended one of our General Meetings several years ago to lead us through exercises to help us quilters deal with some aches and pains we may experience during or after hours of quilting. Maureen De B, who said these exercises were very beneficial to her, suggested that Jan’s exercise sheet be included on our web page. Jan has graciously given her permission. Take a look and hopefully these exercises will help you too. Exercises for Kawartha Quiltmakers’ Guild from Jan Anderson.
